All purchases made through visivAI are non-refundable. By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you acknowledge and agree that payments are final and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your billing settings. No action is required on our end — the cancellation is processed immediately through our billing provider, Paddle.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing term. You will retain full access to your subscribed plan until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. By subscribing, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable subscription.

The platform performs automated weekly analyses as part of subscribed plans. Users acknowledge that automated analyses consume platform credits and that unused automated runs are non-refundable.
